Venues
We have three premium venues: the Calista Ballroom (up to 500 guests), the Lawn & Glass House (up to 350 guests), and the Grand Mansion (up to 350 guests). Each venue can be configured in multiple layouts — theatre, banquet, cocktail, or a combination — to suit the specific requirements of your event.
Yes, absolutely. Many of our guests choose to utilise multiple spaces — for example, using the Lawn & Glass House for a pre-function cocktail reception and the Calista Ballroom for the dinner and entertainment. Our event team will help design the flow between spaces to create a seamless experience.
Yes, we offer complimentary valet parking for all event guests, with covered and open parking accommodating 200+ vehicles on the resort grounds. For very large events, we can also arrange additional overflow parking in coordination with our operations team.
Yes, all our venues are fully accessible. We have ramp access, lift facilities, and accessible restrooms throughout the property. Please let our event team know in advance if any of your guests require specific assistance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Weddings
We recommend booking at least 9–12 months in advance for peak season dates (October–February) and 6–9 months for other periods. However, we do accept shorter-notice bookings subject to availability. Contact us early to avoid disappointment, especially for Saturday events in the wedding season.
Yes. We work with a curated list of preferred vendors who are familiar with our venues, but you are welcome to bring your own decorators, photographers, and entertainment. External vendors are subject to a brief induction with our operations team and must adhere to our venue guidelines. A list of our preferred partners is available upon request.
Absolutely. This is one of the most popular choices for our couples. A typical arrangement is the wedding ceremony and pheras on the Lawn, followed by cocktails in the Glass House, and the reception dinner in the Grand Mansion or Ballroom. Our team helps choreograph the guest movement between spaces beautifully.
Yes, Calista Resort offers luxury room blocks for wedding guests. We provide exclusive rates for event guests and can accommodate the bridal party, immediate family, and out-of-town guests on-site. Block room bookings must be made through our event coordination team during the planning process.
Corporate Events
All our event spaces are equipped with state-of-the-art AV infrastructure including 4K projectors, LED screens, high-quality PA and surround sound systems, wireless microphones, intelligent lighting rigs, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Our in-house AV technician can be engaged to operate the setup on the day.
Yes. Our venues are well-suited to full-day conferences with breakout sessions. We can configure the main space for plenary sessions and use our auxiliary rooms, the Glass House, or designated outdoor areas for smaller breakout groups. Full Wi-Fi coverage is available throughout.
Yes, we offer comprehensive day-delegate and full-day packages that include venue hire, audio-visual setup, welcome refreshments, mid-morning tea/coffee, a working lunch, and afternoon refreshments. Rooms & Stays
We offer Premiere Suites (410 sq ft, garden view, king bed, mini bar, bathtub) and Executive Suites (spacious premium suites with modern decor and luxury amenities). Both categories include high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, room service, and access to resort facilities including the pool and fitness centre.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability and may be subject to an additional charge. Please contact us in advance if you require early arrival or late departure.
Yes, the private swimming pool is available exclusively to resort guests and event attendees who have been granted pool access as part of their package. Pool hours are typically 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Please note that the pool may be reserved for private events on certain dates — our reception team will advise on availability during your stay.
Catering
Absolutely. Our executive chefs are experienced in catering for a wide range of dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, Jain, halal, gluten-free, and nut-free menus. Please inform us of any guest requirements during the event planning process so we can design the menu accordingly.
Calista Resort operates an exclusive catering arrangement for all food and beverages served on the property. External catering is not permitted. However, if you have specific requirements — a particular cuisine, a family recipe, or a specialist dessert — our team will do their best to accommodate within our kitchen. Please discuss specific needs with your event coordinator.
Yes, menu tastings are available for confirmed event bookings. We recommend scheduling your tasting 6–8 weeks before your event date. A tasting session typically covers 3–5 course options from your proposed menu. Please contact your event coordinator to arrange this.
General
Calista Resort is located at 37/2-4 Old NH48, Kapashera, New Delhi 110037. We are approximately 5 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI Airport) and approximately 45 minutes from Gurugram city centre. The resort is easily accessible by road, and our concierge team can arrange airport transfers upon request.
Our cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on the event type and how far in advance changes are made. As a general guideline, cancellations made more than 90 days in advance receive a partial refund of the deposit; those within 90 days may forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is accommodated subject to availability, typically without penalty if done more than 60 days before the event. Full terms are provided in the event contract.
